Return & Exchange Policy

Because each product is crafted exclusively to your specifications, we follow a no-return and no-refund policy for all custom orders.

However, exchanges or repairs may be considered under the following conditions:

Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no extra cost.
Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Transit Damage

If any damage occurs during shipping, please notify us immediately with photos and unboxing proof.
After assessment, our team will arrange repair or replacement as required.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
